I've got 99 problems but fundraising ain't one.

Your fundraiser shouldn't cost 20% of what your community gives. On SnapStats it costs $99, flat, and every donation lands directly in your club's own account.

The same platform that streams their games and ties every stat to video now funds the season too.

On a $10,000 fundraiser, the difference between SnapStats and a 20% platform is $1,901 staying with your athletes. That is years of SnapStats, paid for by one campaign.

All platforms, including SnapStats, are subject to standard card processing (about 2.9% + 30¢ per donation, charged by the payment processor). SnapStats donations settle directly in your club's own Stripe account.

SnapStats pays for itself

A $10,000 fundraiser on a 20% platform hands over $2,000. On SnapStats it costs $99. The difference is more than three years of a SnapStats Team membership, with live streaming, stats tied to video, messaging, and highlight reels all season.

Built-in email and text outreach with 500 texts included, and every blast goes through your admin's approval first.

Fair questions

What does the $99 cover?+

The $99 is a one-time campaign launch fee per team, per campaign. It covers your campaign page, individual athlete pages with shareable links, donation processing setup, email outreach, and 500 included text messages. There is no percentage taken from donations.

Where does the donation money actually go?+

Straight to your club. Donations are charged directly to your club's own Stripe account. SnapStats never holds, routes, or disburses your money, so there is no waiting on a platform payout.

Are there any other fees?+

Standard card processing (about 2.9% + 30 cents per donation) is charged by Stripe, the payment processor, on every platform. If you want more than the 500 included texts, additional SMS packs are $30 for 500 messages. That is the whole list.

Can we run the fundraiser if we already use SnapStats for stats and streaming?+

Yes, that is the point. Fundraising is built into the platform your team already uses. Your roster is already there, your parents are already in the app, and donors can watch the games they helped fund.

Who controls what gets sent to families?+

Your club admins do. Every outreach blast goes through an approval step before it sends, and every message honors unsubscribes automatically.

Are donations tax-deductible?+

That depends on your organization’s own tax status. SnapStats is the software provider and does not make deductibility representations; donors should consult your organization and their tax advisor.

Keep the money your community meant for your kids.
