Everything SnapStats does, and exactly how to use it.
For parents, players, and coaches. Each feature below comes with the short version of how to use it and a link that takes you straight there.
Schedule
For Parents, players, coaches
One schedule, on every phone
Every game, practice, scrimmage, and meeting lives on the Schedule tab, with a month view and a public schedule page you can share with anyone, no account needed. Subscribe once and new events appear in your own calendar app automatically.
Open Schedule and pick your team.
Tap Subscribe (or Add to Calendar on the share card) to put the live schedule in Apple, Google, or Outlook.
Share the public schedule link with family; it always shows the latest times.
Stream the game live to YouTube straight from the SnapStats mobile app while the scoreboard and stats update in real time. Family who cannot make it watch from anywhere.
Track goals, saves, steals, sprints, and more as the game happens. Every stat is stamped to the video timeline, so a number on the stat sheet is also a moment you can watch back.
Open the game and tap Track.
Tap the player, then the event. The video timestamp is captured for you.
Tap any tagged event later to jump the film to that moment.
The Film Room collects every filmed stat across every game into one place. Filter by player, game, event type, or offense and defense, and the clips play one after another. Coaches and families can leave voice notes on any clip.
Open Film Room and pick a player.
Filter by event type to watch, for example, every goal this season.
Tap the mic on a clip to leave or hear a voice note.
Tap the star on any clip to add it to the player’s highlight reel. Starred clips show up on their public profile automatically, ready to send to a college coach.
In the Film Room, tap the star on your best clips.
Open Highlight reel from the clips header to watch and reorder them.
Your starred clips appear under Recent Highlights on your public profile.
Every player can turn on a public profile: season stats, recent games, and highlight clips on one clean page with its own link. Choose which stats show and in what order. The Recruiting tab pairs it with guidance on reaching out to college programs.
On the Roster page, turn on the player’s public profile.
On the player profile, use Public stat display to choose and order the stats coaches see.
Share the public link from the Recruiting tab with any college coach.
Each team gets its own rooms for parents and players, plus a club-wide Program room for announcements. No phone numbers shared, and new families are in the loop the day they join.
Open Messages to see the rooms you belong to.
Post in your team room; coaches and admins post club-wide announcements in the Program room.
Run a fundraiser inside SnapStats: a campaign page for the club, text and email outreach to your supporter list, and payments that land with the program. No third-party platform fees on top.
Ask your club admin to open a campaign from the Fundraising tab.
Share the campaign link with your family and supporter list.
Track progress on the campaign page as donations come in.
The Help button inside the app answers questions and files anything it cannot answer straight to the team that builds SnapStats. Most reported bugs are fixed the same day.
